Golf Outing 2006

A cast of thousands appeared at Sands Point on June 12th for the annual ASIS New York City Chapter Golf outing. Well, make that 144 happy golfers. The event was a rousing success, thanks to Chapter Chair Bob Ildefonso who has been chairing this event for the past 9 years. This was also our second time at Sands Point, thanks entirely to membership co-chair Lynn Brown. Our appreciation a second time to Lynn for getting us onto this beautiful course. The grand prize for the winning foursome went to John O'Reilly and his cohorts, Ray Dean, Mike Murray and Mike Merkin who walked away as winners with four under. Numerous other prizes were handed out for closest to the pin, longest drive, etc. A number of prizes were raffled off, including the grand prize of a set of Calloway irons, won by Frank Santamorena. The day could not have been better, the weather fabulous, the dinner outstanding; and of course the company of so many of our ASIS colleagues. See you there next year!
