Both contract employers and corporate CSOs will provide insightful information on how to effectively transition into the business world of the private security sector. Many of the speakers will draw upon their own transition experiences. Advice will be given on how to absorb an organization's cultural and business performance expectations, craft your resume, prepare for an interview and successfully develop the leadership qualities and skills that are necessary to manage people and business.
